How We Produce Clean Energy

An integrated biomass-to-CBG process designed for operational efficiency, consistent gas quality, resource recovery, and long-term sustainability.

Feedstock Sourcing & Silage

Agricultural biomass and energy crops are responsibly sourced through structured supply partnerships, followed by appropriate storage and silage management to support reliable year-round plant operations.

Pre-processing & Slurry Preparation

Feedstock is size-reduced, prepared, and blended under controlled conditions to achieve consistent feeding characteristics for efficient biological conversion.

Anaerobic Digestion

Prepared feedstock is biologically converted in controlled anaerobic digesters, where microorganisms break down organic matter to generate methane-rich raw biogas.

H₂S Scrubbing & VPSA Upgrading

Raw biogas first passes through an H₂S scrubber to reduce hydrogen sulphide, followed by VPSA upgrading to separate carbon dioxide and other impurities, producing methane-rich biomethane suitable for compression.

CBG Compression & Organic Manure

Upgraded biomethane is compressed into high-quality CBG for clean-energy applications, while nutrient-rich digestate is recovered and processed into valuable organic manure, supporting circular agriculture.
